RFP Proposals

GONZALES, LOUISIANA – The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from experienced experts in wireline construction with a proven track record in executing nationwide projects, including underground fiber-optic communications. REV is seeking qualified contractors who understand the intricacies of the industry, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. Partners will play a crucial role in building the infrastructure needed for the Louisiana Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program. This program is part of “Internet for All” initiative to connect everyone in America to affordable, reliable high-speed Internet service. In collaboration with REV, your company will be part of an effort to bridge the digital divide in Louisiana by providing fiber-optic internet across multiple communities. Delivery of crucial services will include, but are not limited to, all phases of broadband construction including heavy equipment operation; splicing, terminating, and maintaining fiber optic cable and the supporting outside plant (OSP); locating OSP facilities in response to “One Call” requests. In addition, installs or repairs to communications equipment, which may include residential and business equipment and associated lines and other diversified broadband services such as digital TV, data installations, home networking, and WiFi.

  • And Vision Communications, who originally served Lafourche Parish and the Grand Isle communities by expanding fiber and gig-speed internet to some of the most southern parts of the state.
