Welcome to the Customer Portal internet site operated by REV, its subsidiaries, and its affiliates, including those companies doing business as REV, REV Business, and Venyu. Please read and review this Portal Terms of Use agreement carefully before accessing further information on this site. Any person, entity, or authorized representative of any business organization (hereinafter “Customer” for the purposes of this agreement) that uses this site agrees to the terms of this acceptable use policy. By proceeding to access further information on this site, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you, the Customer, does not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not access or use this site.

REV may modify this agreement and its terms and conditions at any time, and such modified agreement shall be effective immediately upon posting. Customer’s continued access to or use of this service shall be deemed Customer’s conclusive acceptance of the agreement and its terms and conditions and any modifications thereto. Customer agrees that REV shall not be liable to Customer or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the site or any portion thereof.

This agreement is limited to the terms for accessing the Customer Portal. Customer agrees that any Legal Notices, terms, conditions, or contracts pertaining to services provided other than mere access to the Customer Portal supersede this document. In particular, certain services available through REV’s site, especially services for which Customers are asked to subscribe or pay money, may have their own terms and conditions or agreements. To the extent that there is any conflict between this Portal Terms of Use agreement and any terms and conditions, agreements, or contracts relating to service that Customer has purchased or subscribes to, those other terms and conditions, agreements, or contracts will govern.

REV reserves the right to immediately terminate the Customer’s service without notice, at REV’s sole discretion, if Customer or others who use Customer’s service violate this acceptable use policy. REV also reserves the right to immediately remove any material or information that violates this policy for any reason at REV’s sole discretion without prior notice.

AUTHORITY TO ACCESS SITE

By using this site, Customer represents that Customer is at least 13 years old. Persons who are at least 13 years of age but under the age of 18 may use this site with express legal parent or guardian consent. However, only Customers who are 18 years or older and fully able and competent to enter into legal agreements should utilize this site to make any changes, subscriptions, or purchases.

PASSWORD FOR INFORMATION SECURITY

Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the security of Customer’s password and account, and Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s password and account information.

Whenever Customer provides information on the site, Customer agrees to provide true, accurate, complete, and current information and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, complete, and current. If Customer provides information that is, or that REV has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is, untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, REV may without notice suspend or terminate Customer’s access to the site or any portion thereof.

Customer agrees to immediately notify REV of any unauthorized use of Customer’s password or account or of any other breach of security. Without limiting any rights that REV might otherwise have, REV reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary and reasonable, to ensure the security of the site and Customer’s account, including without limitation terminating the account, changing Customer’s password, or requesting additional information to authorize transactions on Customer’s account. Notwithstanding the above, REV may rely on the authority of anyone accessing Customer’s account or using Customer’s password and in no event or circumstances shall REV be liable to Customer for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of any action or inaction of REV under this provision, any unauthorized use of Customer’s account, or any unauthorized use of Customer’s password. No person should use anyone else’s account at any time without the express permission of the account holder.

ONLINE ORDERS

In order to protect REV and its Customers from fraudulent activity, REV may implement reasonable procedures regarding any online orders including but not limited to validating information provided or limiting the amount of equipment and/or services that may be ordered online by a single individual or entity. For businesses, REV reserves the right to require an amended Business Service Agreement before additional products and services can be provided. REV reserves the right to further limit quantities or to cancel or reject new or amended orders at its sole discretion.

This site is governed by REV’s general Privacy Policy set forth throughout the portal and available at www.letsrev.com. Please review the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
