The Affordable Connectivity Program* includes up to $30 a month for Internet service**

You may be eligible to receive this benefit if ANY of these apply:

  • Household has an income that is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines
  • Participates in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC, or Lifeline.
  • Approved to receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision in the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, or 2021-2022 school year.
  • Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year.

Before enrolling in the ACP program, customers must either

#1 Be a current Lifeline customer or

#2 Apply through the National Verifier and receive a National Verifier ID number.

*The Affordable Connectivity Program replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit program, which was a temporary emergency program operated by the Federal Communications Commission. Upon its conclusion of the program, customers will be subject to regular rates, terms and conditions. Customers enrolled in the Emergency Broadband Benefit program will be automatically enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program if they qualify. **The Affordable Connectivity Program is non-transferable and limited to one discount per household.
