Official Contest Rules and Legal Disclosures

REV (Advanced Tel LLC and Reserve Long Distance Company LLC) announces the REV Customer Santa Maria Neighborhood Sweepstakes.

Participation in this contest constitutes the participant’s agreement and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules and Legal Disclosures. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING DO NOT INCREASE WITH A PURCHASE.

The odds of winning are approximately 1 in 600.

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to legal residents of Louisiana who are 18 years of age or older and within REV’s service area.

HOW TO ENTER: Online at letsrev.com/santamaria. Only one entry per household.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winner(s) will be selected at random through Random.org.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Contest begins on September 17, 2025, at 6 p.m. Central Standard Time and ends on September 17, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. Central Standard Time. Winners will be contacted via telephone and by email. The winner must claim the contest prize within 10 days of being notified of winning. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. REV is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s). A printed list of winners may be accessed online at letsrev.com/santamaria and will be posted as a publicly-available written list at REV’s Gonzales office, with copies available by request to Attn: REV Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes, 913 South Burnside Avenue, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737.

PRIZE: One year of 1GIG speed internet with one Eero device valued at $948 which will be credited to your account over 12 months.

TAXES: Federal law requires REV to inform the Internal Revenue Service of any awards with a value of six hundred dollars ($600) or more. REV will issue a Form 1099-MISC to winners who claim the prize. Winners are solely responsible for compliance with any requirements to report prize income on federal or state tax returns.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless REV and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

The winner agrees to be featured in future advertising and be supplied a release form.
